Justin Bieber cancels remaining Purpose Tour including Manila, Philippines Concert

Canadian pop superstar Justin Bieber has announced the cancellation of the remaining dates of his ‘Purpose’ World Tour, including Manila, Philippines concert.


In a statement released on July 24, Justin Bieber’s team said that the cancellation was due to “unforeseen circumstances.”

“Due to unforeseen circumstances, Justin Bieber will cancel the remainder of the Purpose World Tour concerts. Justin loves his fans and hates to disappoint them. He thanks his fans for the incredible experience of the Purpose World Tour over last 18 months. He is grateful and honored to have shared that experience with his cast and crew for over 150 successful shows across 6 continents during this run. However, after careful consideration he has decided he will not be performing any further dates. Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase.”

Justin Bieber is set to perform in some venues in US and will head to Japan, Hong Kong, Philippines and Singapore — all  of these are cancelled.

In the Philippines, concert promoter MMI confirmed the sad news. All tickets sold will be refunded, call 470 2222 for details.
