Malacañang Palace announced on Sunday that they will investigate ‘Lenileaks’ controversy — an expose’ of a supposed plots to oust President Rodrigo Duterte initiated by supporters of Vice President Leni Robredo.

According to Secretary Martin Andanar, National Security Adviser Hermogenes Esperon Jr. is currently looking into the legitimacy of the so-called Lenileaks.

“It’s a serious matter,” said Andanar. “Any move to oust the President is not got and it is definitely illegal,” he added.

Andanar also said that online forensic experts, with help from Yahoo, will investigate the issue.

Meanwhile, Vice President Leni Robredo denies involvement on the alleged move to oust Duterte. Loida Nicolas Lewis also dismissed the accusations against her.
