Bagyong Auring has weakened into a Low Pressure Area, PAGASA said on Tuesday, January 10, 2017.
According to PAGASA, at 10 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (former Bagyong Auring) was located at 225 km west of Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte.
The weather disturbance is expected to bring moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms over Palawan, Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas.
The public and the disaster risk reduction and management council concerned are advised to take appropriate action.

Cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms which may trigger flash floods and land slides will be experienced over the regions of Bicol and Eastern Visayas.
Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will prevailover MIMAROPA, CALABARZON and the rest of Visayas.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains is expectedover Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Mindanao.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas.
The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the southeast to east with slight to moderate seas.
