Dean Ray performed ‘The Power of Love’ by Frankie Goes To Hollywood on The X Factor Australia Top 4 Power and Passion Live Shows, Sunday, October 12, 2014.


Dean Ray received standing ovation from all four judges. Here’s what they have to say about his performance.

“I’m looking forward to your performance every week. You really are special and incredibly unique. You deserved a spot o the finals,” said Ronan.

“Very artsy, very cool and classic. I just love when you open your voice in the end, you kicked the boxes. Phenomenal,” said Redfoo.

“For me it was poptastic! You now had your authenticity stent all over it,” said Dannii.

“It was magical, it was haunting. You are a true artist,” said Nat.

Dean Ray was in the Bottom Two last week, he was joined by country singer Caitlyn Shadbolt. After the sing-off, the judges votes resulted with Dean moving to the next round of the competition.
